Personally I have not been graced by the lovely people at K&B, however they were gracious enough to help out a friend of mine who is currently having a rough time in life and had a wheel break on her wheelchair. They were nice enough to personally deliver a part to her at no cost to her. That kind of exceptional above and beyond service is unheard of inbtodays market. Thank you for looking out for your community and those who need some good grace!

Barry worked on our stairlift and he is soooo kind! He went out of his way to try and get the batteries before they closed. He ended up not being able to get them til the next day. We Really Appreciate everything he did for us!! Great service!!! Would Highly Recommend!!
