Amazing customer Service

Purchased a Golden Ally electric wheelchair from here for my wife. He had a vast inventory of electric wheelchairs and electric scooters charged up for her to try in the store. We were glad to find a shop that takes time with the customers to fit their needs, which is very important when you are talking about a person's mobility and handicaps. My wife loves the Golden Alley electric wheelchair. Very comfortable after long use and super quiet. We got the 20 Amp hour battery. Just took a trip to the Toledo Ohio Zoo to see the Christmas lights. It was very cold and this chair still had a 92% charge left after traveling the entire zoo! We took it to Ohio Amish country and she loves that it turns on a dime and she can maneuver thru the markets and isles of all the shops. We also like that it is light enough to lift and folds up in one piece in the back of our Kia Sportage. I can lift it out, press one latch to unfold and use. It is great not using a carrier that lets equipment in the weather and out for someone to see and try to steal. Also, this shop can fix it if we ever have a problem in the future.

The owner was able to quickly assess and fix the problem with my mobility scooter. It was not working before and I left with it working perfectly. Staff was kind.
